- 5 or 6 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 or 5 celery stalks
- a can of corn
- 1 medium onion
- scallions
Dressing:
- 4 tbsp of kefir
- 6 tbsp of mayo
- fresh dill
- freshly ground pepper
- a little bit of salt
* For a more delicate outcome you can skip the onion
- it will still taste great :-)
Step 1:
Rinse the vegetables.
In a separate pot cook the potatoes.
Make sure they are not too soft.

Step 2:
Cut the celery stalks lengthwise once or twice.
Then cut into small pieces.

Step 3:
Same with the onion and scallions :-)
That is: cut into small pieces.

Step 4:
Mix the dressing ingredients.

Step 5:
Cut the boiled potatoes into small or medium cubes.
Allow for the potatoes to cool.
Then mix all the ingredients.

Enjoy!

I love salads. And this one here looks really delicious. I must try it some time:)
