- olive oil for the frying pan
- bacon (sliced into small squares)
- sliced mushrooms
- sliced onions
- finely chopped chives
- a few sun-dried tomatoes
- lots of spices: thyme, dried red peppers, dried garlic, rosemary,
freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
- eggs (added after all other ingredients have simmered and browned)
STEP 1: simmer the bacon, add onions, mushrooms, chives and olive oil, add the spices
STEP 2: add the eggs
