VEGGIE-LOADED CHICKEN BROTH



lots of finely chopped:
- carrots
- parsnip root
- celery root
- leek
- celery stalks

the following spices:
- lots of allspice
- black pepper
- a few bay leaves
- marjoram

When the veggies are soft add the chicken broth or a stock cube and cook some more.
Finally, add your choice of pasta or rice.
Optionally, fresh parsley to serve.
