Spring Salad




Light and refreshing
like spring.
Easy and quick to make.



INGREDIENTS:
- Chinese cabbage or Romaine lettuce
- tomatoes (any kind)
- radishes
- alfalfa sprouts
- sunflower seeds
- green parsley
- lemon juice
- white wine vinegar
- olive oil
- clove of garlic (crushed)
- freshly ground pepper (mix of black, white, green and red)
















Cut, slice or dice the fresh greens according
to your liking. Mix in a bowl.















For the dressing: mix 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
with olive oil, 1 or 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar,
crushed garlic, fresh-squeezed lemon juice
and pepper to taste.
